WHERE: The most awesome, varied, and hard-to-find scenery in the San Francisco Bay Area.

WHAT: Hiking, biking, trail-running, kayaking, gentle walking, or going by car. I'll custom-build our adventure based on your interests, fitness, mobility, timing, and the weather.

WHY: This is a one-of-a-kind experience you'll never forget — plus you'll have fantastic photos to share and frame!

WHO: Your private group of up to 6 (I can take 4 in my car.) And me, your fun and friendly guide. (Bigger group? Let's talk.)

WHEN: Every season and time of day is awesome. I recommend the full 8 hours for max variety and fun, but the 4-hour option is good if you need to get back sooner.

HOW MUCH: 8 hours of private guiding, local history, and photo instruction is just $800 for your group. The 4-hour option is $500.

I’ll put together an unforgettable outing based on your group's interests, fitness, mobility, timing, and the weather. The most primo scenic rewards are usually reached on two feet or two wheels, but we can still see plenty of awesomeness if you prefer to go by car.

I'll lead you to epic views of our fantastic landmarks and awesome spots only locals know about. Along the way, I'll show you how to locate, shoot, and edit killer pics using just the phone in your pocket. (*If you do want to bike or kayak, we'll have to organize gear and logtistics. Let's talk about the best options for your group.)

IT'S EPIC ALL YEAR 'ROUND!

IN ANY SEASON, AT ANY TIME OF DAY, THERE'S SOOO MUCH COOL STUFF TO SEE

In Winter, we get rushing waterfalls and deep, misty redwood forests. In Spring, rolling green hills just bursting with flowers and wildlife. Summer lets us climb above the fog to watch it roll in from the Pacific. And Fall treats us to changing leaves and blazing sunsets off the coastal cliffs. Full-moon hikes are an option, too!

LOGISTICS, TIMING, WHEELS

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE? DO WE NEED A CAR? WHAT ELSE?

We usually meet in San Francisco and head across the Golden Gate Bridge to Marin County, where most of our super-amazing scenery is. We can also see fantastic sights around the city. Don't have a car? We can go in mine.

I recommend the full six hours for the most satisfying experience, but we can go shorter if you need to get back for other plans.
