Proactiv skincare

For teenagers, acne can feel like a relentless bully that humiliates them in public and hurts their self-esteem.

This campaign gave them the tools to fight back, with bold headlines and empowering, sympathetic copy.

Sirius XM satellite radio

This campaign was aimed at L.A. commuters with the promise that their hours in the car would be less sucky with satellite radio.

The mailer included a scented air freshener with the lines “Traffic stinks. This will help.” and “Freshen the airwaves.” Hanging from a rearview mirror, it would serve as a timely reminder to subscribe.

Walmart Vision Center "Back to School"

"Better vision leads to better learning."

This annual campaign urges parents to schedule eye exams for their kids before the start of each school year.

"It might be the most important test they take all year."

We followed this up with other mailers encouraging parents to schedule themselves for exams, too.

SAGE Fixed Asset Systems

Here’s an example of writing that’s not meant to be clever or lovable, but human.

Sage is a financial tracking system for businesses that helps them track depreciation and stay tax compliant.

I was able to translate their specialized, highly technical language into plain human terms that any small business owner can appreciate.

This mailer package went straight to print with no edits whatsoever, previously unheard of for this client.
